From government infrastructure to entrepreneurship, to my mission of helping SMBs
+20 years in government IT infrastructure
For two decades, I worked in server infrastructure and automation for government agencies. That's where I developed my passion for automation.
My key realization: Scripts could save hundreds of hours of repetitive work.
I automated server and workstation deployment processes, first with VBScript, then PowerShell. Each automation freed up time to focus on higher-value tasks.
7 years as fitness business owner
I owned two businesses in the fitness industry in Gatineau. This adventure started with the complete digitization of companies that were still running on paper.
I developed systems with Excel and macros, then migrated to Google Sheets and Apps Script. I even created automations with Zapier and IFTTT in the early days of these tools.
My harsh reality: Even with all my IT knowledge, I constantly lacked time to implement these systems. Between managing employees, permits, new regulations, insurance... admin consumes all available time.
The turning point: my mission becomes clear
When I was still a business owner, I trained in automation and AI. I understood two things:
I love it and I'm good at it. Automation has been in my DNA for 20 years.
Entrepreneurs know what they want to automate, but postpone implementation.
I realized I could help SMEs move from idea to action.
Today: My mission
I combine 20 years of tech + 7 years of business. I understand both sides: the technical AND the real challenges of entrepreneurs.
My goal: demystify tech for entrepreneurs who don't have time to learn. Give them access to automation and AI without needing to become technical experts.
